Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

Wrong Shipping Information

1.If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

2.Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

4.How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click:   TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

1. When the product is handmade at the temple and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will then be uploaded to the order page.

2. Due to the use of international transportation methods, it takes 3 to 5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there are no relevant data for the inland transportation information from the Taoist temple to the international shipping center. The transportation information will only be updated once the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at dejixing123@163.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
